Kaja and Jorund

Norwegian couple chooses France to celebrate their wedding

From the far north of Norway to the sunny heart of the Tarn region. The story of Kaja and Jorund is an ode to love and roots. After discovering the Toulouse region during her studies, Kaja never forgot the gentleness of its landscapes. It was at Domaine Le Castelet, a green setting in the heart of the Tarn countryside, that the two lovers chose to seal their union.
I remember a wedding filled with emotion, love, and compassion—a day where every smile and every gesture spoke to the very essence of their union.
The tables were adorned with long, refined garlands, where the soft green of the foliage blended with shades of powder pink and orange, creating an atmosphere that was both romantic and timeless.

For this special day, Kaja wanted to weave a link between past and present: she donned the wedding dress her grandmother wore at her wedding, followed by an elegant 1960s-style outfit inherited from her mother. Two dresses, two generations, a single thread of love.
To enhance this day, Kaja and Jorund created an elegant floral arrangement. Between delicate foliage and pastel-hued flowers, each bouquet seemed to whisper the sweetness of their story.
Kaja chose a round bridal bouquet, in a very natural style, blending simplicity and elegance. The ceremony, held in the estate's woods, took place under an arch draped in a light veil, enhanced by delicately tied bouquets, as if suspended in time.
